About Sheila Vine

Sheila has many years of experience in business and professional training in the United Kingdom and Germany.

She has worked and taught in accounting and credit control, banking and insurance, in the private and public sectors. She has also had extensive experience in industries as diverse as engineering, retail sales, white goods, media and with Internet companies. The many companies in which she has had the privilege to teach include Bertelsmann, Weidmueller, Siemens, Hella, Miele, AVA and Benteler.

Sheila holds regular writing classes at the Volkshochschule Paderborn as well as providing instruction for students preparing to sit the Cambridge Business English Examinations, at all three levels. with an excellent success rate of students attaining the certificates. She also teaches at the Volkshochschule Bielefeld.

Sheila holds a TESOL diploma (Teaching English as a Second Language), has qualifications in Credit Control, Insurance and Sales, as well as a university degree and several other diplomas at advanced level. Sheila is currently studying for an MA in Education and has recently completed a course for online English course moderation.

She is also the Secretary for EFLTU, an organisation formed to disseminate information amongst EFL teachers in Germany.

About John Anthony Vine

John Anthony Vine is a Business Consultant, MLIA (Dip), MELTAS (Stuttgart e. V)

He has 23 years of experience as a professional salesman, mainly working in the insurance and banking sector. John’s wide cultural knowledge was gained by working in such diverse countries as the United Kingdom, Kenya, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus and Germany.

John is experienced in all aspects of protection and investment for companies and private individuals and holds advanced qualifications in international insurance and sales.

John offers coaching for managers and senior sales persons in the  Sales and Marketing Communication fields. These modules include:

• Negotiations
• Initial contact to closing conversation
• Varying degrees and perception of polite behaviour
• Client relations
• Conducting international meetings
• Presentations and cultural awareness
