Javelin Communication has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to Javelin Communication is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Javelin Communication will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

In the event we have private students from companies we also do business with, no information about the company is shared with the student and no information about the student is shared with the company.

The only exception to this rule is if the company is paying the English course costs for the student and, in that event, the only information which will be shared with the company is that which is agreed upon by both parties, prior to the start of the language course.

At no time is any information about our clients shared with third parties, without the express permission of our clients, and we do not sell or loan our mailing lists, etc.
